Congratulations Assoc. Prof. Dr. David J. Harding for the Asian Office of Aerospace Research

The need for smaller and more efficient components in electronics continues to grow. To meet this need scientists are now exploring the use of molecules in devices in a field known as molecular electronics.

Within this emerging area of research Associate Professor Dr. David Harding, the leader of M3-cubed Lab, in collaboration with project leader Assistant Professor Dr. Pichaya Pattanasattayavong and Associate Professor Dr. Daniel Crespy of Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology, have recently been awarded a three-year grant from the Asian Office of Aerospace Research and Development; a part of the United States Air Force Office of Scientific Research Unit. The grant, worth almost 7 million Baht, will hopefully lead to discoveries that help in the development of next generation electronic devices.
